David Lechleitner, a fan on the Bonkers About Buttons facebook page, recently shared a photo on the wall of one of his reversed-carved Lucite buttons that he makes. It takes David about a month in total to finish a button, which includes the carving and the drying time between paint coats & glue - it's so wonderfully intricate & a real labour of love!
