Button Arbor

I recently came across this lovely little textile triptych on Cloth, Paper Scissors. Entered as part of their 'All Buttoned Up' challenge, the artist has used batik fabric as the background and scrap thread for the trees & roots. I love the autumnal colourways she has used and the layering of the buttons looks great.
